Special-edition Evoque designed by former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham revealed at the Beijing Motor Show
Land Rover has revealed the Range Rover Evoque Special Edition with Victoria Beckham at Beijing's CAFA Art Museum, the night before the Beijing Motor Show. Limited to a run of 200 models worldwide, it's the result of a collaboration between the Range Rover design team and the former Spice Girl, and will cost £79,995.
Beckham described the experience: "I wanted to design a car that I wanted to drive and that David wanted to drive too. Something that was on brand for Range Rover and on brand for me, too." She also added: "I brought a naivety to this project, and you can really tell that I designed it."
Each of the special Evoques is hand-finished in matt black with a contrasting gloss black roof, wheelarches and grille details. The 20-inch wheels are gloss black, too, but have rose gold details, just like the badges and grille.

The rose gold continues inside with the Evoque's rotary gear selector and console switches, while each car comes with an exclusive hand-stitched wallet signed by Victoria. The cabin has Vintage Tan leather and there are only four seats – a first for the Evoque – with special baseball stitching.
The leather extends to the armrests, door inserts and glovebox lid, with the colour matched to mohair floor mats. There's also a unique four-piece his and hers luggage set trimmed in the same microsuede as the rooflining.
Beckham says her inspiration for the opulent materials and finishes came from yachts, luxury jets, classic cars, fashion and cinema. All Beckham Evoques will be powered by a 237bhp 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with a six-speed automatic gearbox.
The model, unveiled at the Beijing Motor Show, goes on sale in China in October, before its UK launch later in the year. If you want to be one of the 200 owners you can register your interest now at www.landrover.com/victoriabeckham.
